Grounded in Gratitude (even in grief)
Episode 2: Grounded in Gratitude – Even in Grief
Grief and gratitude — can they really exist in the same breath? In this episode, I dive into the emotional tug-of-war between love and loss, and how choosing to stay grounded in gratitude has helped me survive the heaviness of grief without being swallowed by it.
I speak about the power of gratitude and how we can use it like an insurance policy for life. That by implementing the daily practice of gratitude, we can set ourselves up to be able to weather the inevitable storms of life in a way that's softer and kinder to us as we do.
The ability to view your life through a lens of gratitude is something everyone is capable of and will lend itself to a much more rewarding and fulfilling life experience, in spite of our inevitable challenges and traumas.
