The Afterlife... Rylee & The Butterflies
Episode 7: The Afterlife... Rylee & The Butterflies
What started as a love letter became a conversation of the soul, a spiritual investigation and a bridge between belief and uncertainty.
In this deeply personal episode, I share the sacred, surreal, and often unexplainable moments that have kept me connected to my daughter Rylee since her passing. From that first appearance of a delicate blue butterfly wing to the messages I’ve felt in quiet moments all the way through to (and since) my ayahuasca journey. This is about more than signs — it’s about the continued bond between a mother and her child, even across realms.
Grief cracks us wide open — and in that space, I’ve found connection, kindness, and a deeper understanding of how love doesn’t end just because a physical life does. If you’ve ever felt your person around you in ways you can’t explain, this conversation will feel like home. It’s not about moving on… it’s about staying open to what still is and allowing it to light the path on your way through healing as you learn to live and grieve simultaneously!
