Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Episode 12: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
In this episode, I’m speaking straight to the part of you that’s doubting your worth. The part that causes you to procrastinate or self-sabotage and in doing so get in the way of your own success. I’ve been there — wondering if I’m enough, questioning whether I belong in the room, especially after life knocked the wind out of me. Imposter syndrome will creep in during some of our most vulnerable seasons — after loss, in new beginnings, and even in our healing.
But here’s what I’ve learned: feeling like an imposter doesn’t mean you are one!
It usually means you care deeply, you’re growing, and you’re standing at the edge of something meaningful. In this conversation, I share how I stopped waiting for someone to validate me, stopped waiting for permission and started choosing myself, even when I was shaky. I’ll walk you through how to rewrite that inner narrative, reclaim your power, and stop outsourcing your confidence.
If you’ve ever felt like a fraud, like you’re not “ready,” or like you need to prove your worth — this episode is your reminder: you are already enough, just as you are and that you are always entitled to outgrow any previous version of yourself.
Start giving yourself the permission you've been seeking and in doing so the space to show up in the true power of your most authentic self.
