Episode 1 - Manifesting: Why the Setbacks Are Still Part of the Setup
In this first episode of Season Two, I dive into one of the biggest shifts that’s transformed my life: learning to say yes, not just to the things that feel easy, but also to the uncertainty, the change, and even the challenges. I’ve come to believe that even when things don’t look like they’re working out, they actually are — just not always in the way we expected. That’s the heart of manifestation and living in alignment: trusting that every detour, every delay, every unexpected fork in the road is still leading us where we’re meant to be.
I share how this philosophy has carried me through grief, trauma, and transformation, and how choosing to live in alignment has helped me call in more connection, opportunities, and healing than I ever thought possible. This episode is a reminder that life isn’t about controlling every outcome — it’s about saying yes to the journey and trusting that even when things aren't working out... they are working out ;-)
I share some exciting news about my upcoming event, fundraiser, and book launch — Resilience After Great Loss: A Celebration of Life - a fundraiser to be held in November and the proceeds of which will help support Movember and men’s mental health/suicide prevention.
I’m so excited to be back for Season Two of Why Mindset Matters and everything this season will bring with it. From deep conversations on mindset and resilience, to the launch of my book and our upcoming event, there’s so much growth, connection, and transformation ahead — and I can’t wait to share it all with you.
If this conversation resonates with you I’d love to invite you into my free online community — Why Mindset Matters on Skool — a space where like-minded souls come together to grow, heal, and speak openly.
